Intravenous contrast (IV) and preparation!
Before every magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, or mammography performed with contrast, it would be good to have urea and creatinine test results so that our doctors can assess whether they are allowed to give you IV contrast. In case you do not have urea and creatinine test results, you will also be able to have them done at the clinic. If you are a kidney patient, then it would certainly be absolutely necessary to have urea and creatinine test results done. Inform the doctor or technologist if you are allergic.
