V Supanc and I would like to thank both the doctor and the nurse who was with him today for their professionalism, kindness, and empathy, and who tried to comfort me and make me laugh because I was very afraid of that examination, and she succeeded. To this end, it is implementing a new customer support process as well as introducing a new organizational structure and a new research and development department. This will enable the achievement of the Polyclinic’s SMART goals, increase sales revenue, and increase the number of employees. Patients will receive a service that is, above all, innovative and more technologically advanced, and contains elements of artificial intelligence that make it an even more efficient, effective, and high-performing service in the S3 area “Health and Quality of Life”.
