Access to findings
How to access your results via the Patient Portal
Once your imaging examination is completed (X-ray, MSCT, MMG, MRI), we automatically send you an email with a link to the Patient Portal, through which you can securely and easily access your results at any time.
Results access procedure – step by step
Receiving the email
After the examination, you will receive an email with a link to access your report:
A link to download the examination has been sent to you.
You can download the examination via the invitation: https://portal.vams.com.
To access the link, enter your date of birth without using punctuation marks. E.g. 01011991
After downloading, your doctor will extract the examination into a separate folder and launch “run_viewer Shortcut” (blue icon), which is used for the analysis and display of medical DICOM image format.

Click the link in the email – it takes you directly to the Patient Portal.

To gain access, it is necessary to enter your year of birth, ensuring the privacy and security of your data:
Selecting the desired option
After logging in, the following options are available:
- Viewing reports and images via the DICOM viewer (online, without installing additional programs)
- Downloading the written report in PDF format
- Downloading all imaging data in a ZIP file
