• before the examination, all metal objects that could interfere with imaging are removed

What does the examination look like?

The examination is quick and painless. The patient lies on the CT table, and in the case of contrast medium, it is administered intravenously. The scan itself takes a few minutes, while the entire procedure with preparation usually does not exceed 20–30 minutes.

After the scan, radiologists analyze the images and prepare a detailed report, which the patient receives within a short time.
